Southview Apartment Housing Corp. is located at 400 South Street, Richmond, MO.  It consists of 16 apartments, a commons area with a common kitchen, and a laundry room.  One apartment is occupied by an apartment manager.  The common area has seating areas and a large screen T.V. with basic cable.  There is a a small patio with a BBQ grill, and a kitchen area as well.  The laundry room consists of inexpensive washers and dryers for tenant use only. 

Each apartment is a one bedroom with a living area, kitchen and bathroom.  There is a refrigerator and stove.   A basic cable package is provided at an extremely discounted rate for tenants as well.

Thornton St, Richmond, MO.  There are three separate buildings that make up this apartment complex.  Two buildings have 8 apartments each for a total of 16 apartments.  The center building comprises a commons area with a common kitchen, and a laundry room.  One apartment is occupied by an apartment manager.  The common area has seating areas and a large screen T.V. with basic cable.  There is a a small patio with a BBQ grill, and a kitchen area as well.  The laundry room consists of inexpensive washers and dryers for tenant use only.
